REGISTRATION FEES

 

* Student registration: Must be student or PhD candidate at the time of registration. Please upload a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (validity must be clearly visible!) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating that you are a PhD student during registration process. Student registrations that are not supported by the requested proof within 14 days after registration, will be cancelled.

All prices in Euros, VAT included (10% French VAT)

The Full Registration fees include:

• Access to the plenary and parallel sessions, poster sessions and exhibition area
• Coffee breaks - Buffet lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Official Welcome Reception on Thursday 29^th June (limited places)
• An online access to the conference program book and to the book of abstracts (pdf files)
• Certificate of attendance

 

The One-day Registration fees include:

• Access to the plenary and parallel sessions, poster sessions and exhibition area
• Coffee breaks - Buffet lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (of the day(s) chosen)
• Official Welcome Reception on Thursday 29^th June (if chosen day is Thursday, limited places)
• An online access to the conference program book and to the book of abstracts (pdf files)
• Certificate of attendance 

 

The Accompanying Person fees include:

• Official Welcome Reception on Thursday 29^th June (limited places)
• Social Dinner on Friday 30^th June

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend ISWAVLD 2023 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at registration@iswavld2023.org

• Cancellations until April 27^th : 50€ for administrative costs
• Cancellations from April 28^th to May 19th : 50% penalty
• Cancellations after May 20^th: no refund - 100% penalty

 Exclusions:

• If you do not get your VISA, and you can prove it through documents, we will refund 100% of your fees (except 50€ for administrative costs and banking fees for the refunding), should we receive the notification at least 30 days prior to the conference.
• Conference organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities. 

DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)

The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the Local Organizing Committee in order to manage the logistic organisation of the International Symposium of the World Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians - ISWAVLD 2023.
The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following supplier of the Symposium:

• Registration management: Insight Outside
• Submission management: Insight Outside
• Meals : selected caterer for your special diets
